Since the aquisition of Katerina Park in February 2010, we have totally refurbished all public and staff areas and created a brand new conference floor. Moreover, we completed the design project, reconstruction and did a complete staff change while keeping the hotel open to guests.

In less than a year, occupancy rates more than doubled and as clear sign of customer satisfaction, Katerina Park climbed on Tripadvisor rating to the 14th most recommended hotel of all hotels in Moscow, competing with 5-star hotels from well know international brands in much more central locations.

С того момента, как отель «Катерина Парк» был приобретен в феврале 2010 г., мы провели полную реконструкцию всех общественных зон для гостей и помещений для персонала, мы также создали уникальный, концептуально новый конференц-этаж. Более того, мы осуществили наш дизайн-проект реновации и 100%-ую перепланировку рабочих зон не прекращая работы самого отеля и принимая гостей в полном объеме.

Менее чем за год, загрузка гостиницы выросла вдвое, и в знак подтверждения удовлетворенности наших гостей «Катерина Парк» поднялся на 14-ую позицию в рейтинге сайта Tripadvisor среди самых популярных отелей, рекомендуемых для проживания в Москве. Теперь мы соревнуемся с 5-тизвездочными отелями под ведущими международными брендами и с более близким расположением к центру.
